Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
Tomato - 3 chopped
Grated Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 1/2 Cup
Paneer/Cottage Cheese cubes - 1/4 Cup
Bay Leaf - 1
Dalchini/Cinnamin Stick - 1
Green Cardamom - 2
Black Peppercorns - 4 to 5
Green Chilli - 1 chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece grated
Onion - 1 chopped
Salt - as per taste
Black salt - as per taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - as per taste
Garam Masala/All spice mix - 1/2 Teaspoon
Roasted Cumin powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves - as required
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
INGREDIENTS FOR LAUKI RAITA:-
Lauki/Bottle gourd - 1 Cup chopped and boiled
Curd - 250 ML
Salt - as per taste
Black salt - as per taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Roasted Cumin seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves - as required
INGREDIENTS FOR PAPAD CHURI:-
Papad - 1 roasted
Namkeen Masala Boondi - 2 Tablespoon
Salt - as per taste
Red Chilli Powder - as per taste
INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD:-
Sliced Cucumber - as required
Sliced Carrot - as required
Sliced Tomato - as reuired
Sliced White Radish - as required

2. You can saute the paneer cubes before adding it to the rice. Use homemade paneer to make the rice.
3. To prevent the curd to turn sour, add little milk and sugar to the raita.
