This is great information for people just starting out with PCs. These old office machines can be found really cheap, and when you fix it up, add a GPU, all that, they can totally be fine for daily use and even some gaming.

The one thing I’m not estatic watching is using lower DLSS even though you’re nowhere near GPU bound. $10 in RAM upgrades gets you the extra performance there, as you’re 1. Maxed, and 2. Not in true dual channel (only 8GB is usable in dual channel [4+4], once you go above that you’re in single-channel mode). Just little things like this would make the viewer more informed. Great work otherwise guys!

@@PieStudiosCoffee/Comet-Lake would be an upgrade compared to this platform, however if you notice in Warzone the CPU is still only hovering at 60-70%. Haswell/Skylake/Kaby-Lake i7s can all hit higher frames in Warzone with adequate RAM/GPU configs. 32GB in Dual-Channel, Dual-Rank would allow you to hit full potential with this CPU/GPU combo, but even 16GB should allow close to that.

This isn't the first time Toasty bros have done one of these types of systems. They actually did a i5 8400 with again 12gb ram 2666mhz and I think it ran better than this system.
