Hi Sophie, I am from Melbourne, Australia, and have watched your vloggs from the start and really enjoy them. You have helped me with small spaces as I live in a tiny one-bedroom apartment. I have added to my home the sheer curtains from the ceiling, the rug under the lounge suites, and some large pieces of furniture and I am saving my money for flooring and wallpaper at the moment. Love your channel and it has inspired us to find someone with similar handwriting to do our new house. Had a question related to this. When you provide a new client a price quote for a project, is it up for negotiation? Or would you be offended if the client tries to negotiate. One of the interior designers we like quoted 15% of the estimated project cost, as this is their standard rate. This is the first time we are working with an interior designer, and have no clue about rates. Maybe 15% is a great rate, should I just go with it? Thanks and keep up the great work. All the best.

I fell in love with the building, it’s a beautiful property on the exterior, it was the perfect location and had lots of land and was a great size. The shape hasn’t been an issue for us as we do custom cabinetry anyway ☺️

A note of caution re Goelia....they are an American company and if you want to return anything it is at your own cost which has to be sent back tracked to America and the postage is extortionate...over £50 was quoted for me to return a jacket and jumper. I ended up keeping them as not worth it and they are too small for me! 😢
