This commercial has done what no other submission has, the humor completely relies on the acting. There isn't the normal set up and then punch line at the end. Its not even based around a bag of Doritos like almost every commercial. Its the relationship between the two characters and imagining what happened before and after this event is whats so funny. You instantly connect with being in that office, most everyone can relate to working with a guy like that and having a over politically correct boss who who gives up trying to fix the problem. Its a absolutely flawless piece of work. It makes all the other submissions a little nervous :)

There's a glitch in the time on the video it skips the 30 second mark and jumps strait to the 31 second mark. Watch the time when the video plays you wont see the 30 second mark it goes from 29 seconds to 31 seconds.
