I would really like to see the same for C5180. I have the spare clutch gear but I am stuck during disassembling at stage when the whole printhead and rails has to be removed. In C5180, it seems much more complex.

Is it the one on the gray rollers? That's the one that broke on mine. Can't even find a spare. Got a D7160 for a doner though.

Hi, I have Check Paper issue. I remove the paper sensor according to "Disassembling HP Photosmart c3180 Feed Roller Assembly Removal" instruction but still the orange light flashing. What could be the possible issue?
