The government should start documenting each violators and after a couple warnings start confiscating all items on government properties and resale to the public at discount. All perishable items are destroyed or donated to food banks throughout the region.

It is time something must be done on the road corridors and streets. Like Constructing the roads , paving the sidewalks and put rails to separate the pavements from the roads or streets.. Hiring street- workers to clean the roads and have traffic Police officers to patrol busy areas and issue fines of citations to anyone soliciting on road corridors for violations of non compliance..To have a system of a plan in place for this type of work is a necessary tool of operation to make it effective..People cannot just be moved out of the way without putting something in place to prevent the reoccurring of occupying illegal corridors and selling on streets or driveways otherwise to most people it would be just business as usual for them no changes on clearing of the road but just moving and tossing people around only to keep them wanting to come back around in numbers..

It doesn't take much to put rails to separate the pavements from the roads preventing people to sit in front of the rails to sell on the streets or sit behind the rails to sell their products on the sidewalk made for footpaths..When you have cars, people, sellers, bikers, etc with no control of what to access or walk through, you will have this type of disorganization in the society because of lack of planning and proper set up accessibility of right of way.
