You are all lucky my first tablet experience was terrible i had cheapest Chinese tablet on the market in 2014 and it was laggy slow i had 3 of these cuz i broke them of rage when it lagged to unusable when playing games it was single core 512mb ram and only 4gb storage with bloated android 4.2 what a mess of a tablet i wish i had good experience with tablet like ipad back then but my parents didn't had money

My first tablet was a crappy android tablet for about 80$ . I had 4 tablets and all of them are crappy . I still have one of them and it really laggy and old . It can't run bigger games and it has android 4.4 . Also no back camera

You really should re-consider the Nexus 7 again since a lot of Stuff isn`t working on that Device. I see literally every Day People from the Press tweet about how many App aren`t working on it or often that the Appu need an Special Version to even run on it. Let`s put it in a Way probably more will understand: If you are a Gamer - Stay away from the Nexus 7.

And the build quality point - The Nexus 7 is more durable, because its made out of plastic, it doesn't scratch. If you drop a iPhone, iPad - its more likely to break than a Nexus. And this is coming from me, the biggest Apple fanboy ever. But I like technology enough to be able to see that there are better options sometimes.

It's cheaper,lighter, thinner. It has wayyy better cameras, with hd facetime (something i use alot) and 1080p video recording instead of 720p. It's targeted for people who wanted an ipad but thought it was too expensive and people who wanted an itouch to reconsider. My sister was going to get an itouch 5g but now she's getting this instead.
