I’ve given birth 4 times and will be delivering one more time this November and i have NEVER had consistent contractions that fit into their little mold of what they expect. My last one, I literally had a bad contraction and then 10 mins later another one and told my hubs we’re going in, got there and was already a 7 well on my way to an 8 and my contraction at that time were every few minutes to every 10 mins and would last 30 seconds to 1:30, it wasn’t until I hit full blown transition that they started picking up pace and lasting longer. Never ever wait if you feel like you need to go in!
