Destinova I wrote campaign, as in, a mix of story, variation of gameplay and so on, the story itself was better in Black Ops 1 than in Black Ops 2, but in Black Ops 2, we had multiple endings, there were difficult and even an invisible choice ( invisible choices is where you are given a choice to make, but you aren't told that or shown that you have a choice) effecting the end, there were side missions, and you could customize your loadout. Yes, Black Ops 1's story was better, but almost everything else was better in Black Ops 2's campaign, were better, at least in my opinion.

Tbh yes, people hated too much on it. I was one of those people who defended the Jet packs in Black Ops 3 because of how cool some the mechanics were, it innovated the gameplay tbh.
