we are finally fixing things in correct order. first you need fix board/staff. then the players, as if you have bad staff like we have had we fix nothing as our superb signings like maguires,antonys etc.. shows. finally we get sprot/football people to work for the club. (we cant get rid of glazers as now) no more bankers making "football" decisions. yet we still struggle because of woodward, murtough,arnold , (glazers).
