This device has 22 Torx T3 screws, not the 24 T4 screws mentioned in the otherwise useful video.

You did not explain how to take out the buttons on the front top and bottom of the phone. I received a new digitizer and screen and it did not come with the top and bottom buttons. So I have to use the old buttons. I am not sure how to pop them out.

HELP! I was trying to remove the 22 screws on the back of my phone but the two screws deep in the phone next to the camera won't budge despite how much pressure I use. Any tips on how to remove them without messing up my phone?

+Mohamed Tairi Difficult situation, we apologize to hear this. Try applying slight pressure and slowly unscrew the screw. It's possible the screw head is stripped and you may need to use a small flat head and apply the pressure while slowly trying to get the screw out.
