It is amazing that Jesus knew things before they happen. Which proves being fully human and fully God. Another example is finding room for the Passover or later known as the Lord's supper. He also knew Peter's denial 3 times. Jesus also knew where to look for and find the donkey for the Triumphant entry into Jerusalem! Our God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit is amazing!

That's not what happened. Jesus offered to go to his house. But the Roman said no he is unworthy to receive visit from Jesus. But then asked Jesus to order his servant to be healed from where he is. Signifying that he believes Jesus is Lord of all creation. Jesus was pleased with his response and said never in Israel has he seen a man of great faith. Then he ordered the soldier to return home, and that his servant would be healed.
