While doing the jumping squats I suggest bending your knees a little bit before landing to avoid unnecessary stress and risk bending knee backwards. Bending your knee backwards hurts like hell especially if you jump as high as you can.

A common mistake when talking about squats is mentioning 90 degrees when they actually mean 120 degrees, pause at 0:23, her knee is in that position flexed in about 120 degrees. With that said, 90% is doing this mistake so everyone knows what we mean when we say 90 degrees, its just mathematically incorrect referring to it as 90 degrees.

This couldn't be more mistaken. For proper glute and hamstring activation you should have your eyes facing the ground and you should drive up with your lower back. Much like a low bar squat.

Great video great explanations, but you can layout your hints somehow a little bit upper than subtitles not on controls bar (I mean play pause sound settings bar etc.) or, also, not overlaying the title on the upper part of the screen -- a little bit lower. I don't know how this is displaying on widescreen I just expressed my feedback for a laptop. Another way, congratulations for the great way to make tutorials and keep up this kind of doing videos!

Lol I think you meant you dont have additional weight. Well then learn the following squats. Pistol (One Leg Squat) Shrimp Squat I use high reps for my legs and gives me the success in my goals. So maybe high rep jump squats might work for you

Fix your ankle and hip mobility. Ankle especially, I bet you have bad ankle mobility. Try wider stance. do you try to squat with your feet close together?
