When I was a kid, I hated Britney, all the Hollywood stars and successful people because I was stupidly blinded by media and my own jealousy. I thought they had everything just because they're lucky. Now that I'm older and hopefully not so stupid anymore, I see what these people had to go through, how tragic lives the most of them have and that money and fame is not a key to happiness. Britney is an example of it. I didn't know how much hard work she's invested and how much freedom she's sacrificed. Regardless of the musical style preferences, I do believe she's incredibly talented, hard-working, beautiful woman with fragile heart and she deserves to be loved and appreciated. You can really tell the difference in her attitude back before the conservatorship when she chose her outfits herself...like in Slave and itz era, she was dressed sexily but in a way that was obviously comfortable and empowering for her, in low cut jeans and crop tops and stuff like that, and it really showed in her confident, sensual attitude. Now she literally looks so uncomfortable in the leotards and heels, and even though she looks sexy she obviously doesn't feel it - hence her saying here that she feels "silly" sometimes. Watching this now is like watching this through a very different pair of eyes to the ones I watched it through the first time. Knowing all the hardships and hell she's faced and is still enduring shows how incredibly controlled she is in her interviews and how she tries to keep her emotions from spilling out. The wonderful thing about British chat show hosts such as Alan Carr and Jonathan Ross is that they don't get too personal with her with the questions. They make it really silly and fun, taking off the edge because they don't want to make her feel under the scrutiny. Britney responds and thrives under fun and lively situations. Sadly though, she's been speaking of her ordeal with fame and control through her music for years. "She's so lucky, she's a star, but she cries cries cries in her lonely heart" - Lucky. "I know I may be young, but I've got feelings too, and I need to do what I need to do, so let me go and just listen..." - Slave 4 U. "There must be another way 'Cause I believe in taking chances But who am I to say what a girl is to do? God, I need some answers. I don't need nobody telling me just what I wanna What I, what, what, what I'm gonna (I need) do about my destiny I say no, no, nobody's telling me just what I wanna do, do I'm so fed up with people telling me to be someone else but me" - Overprotected. "I'm Mrs. 'Most likely to get on TV for strippin' on the streets' When getting the groceries, no, for real Are you kidding me? No wonder there's panic in the industry I mean please" - Piece Of Me. Then there's the album tracks. She's been very expressive in how she feels but no ones been listening to the clues...they've just been dancing to her music.

Is this like 2013? She's like the sweetest soul on the planet. If you don't feel empathy for her, are you even human?

She reminds me of Marilyn Monroe. She’s so insecure about saying the right thing snd doing the right thing and you can tell she’s really over thinking. Poor thing really needs a hug. Alan doesn’t know what to say because she seems so afraid of what he’s going to say to her

Did we watch the same video? There wasn't a thing wrong with the interview, it flowed just fine with lots of clapping and laughing.

She reminds you of Marilyn Monroe!!!!! Really? Marilyn Monroe was born in 1920’s almost 100 years ago. And died almost 60 years ago. You must be a time traveler lol

I cant wait till she gets out of her conservatorship. I bet the music she makes after that ends is gonna be epic. ❤. Now her "work bitch" and "slave for you" lyrics have different meaning to me

I think that must have been so empowering for her, cracking that whip. You could feel her getting more confident .

Wow! You can tell she’s really distracted. Seems like she needs to just sit down and talk to someone. Without cameras, and recorders. It’s so sad. Stay Strong Britney 💪🏽

She seems more like herself in this interview. I think that is the magic of Alan Carr - he makes them feel so welcome.
