Graham show is much much better than any American show. Guests are able to relax and tell a story without interruption. The focus is the guests not the host. Graham is funny and witty. It's like a chat among friends in the living room not a talk show.

Its really all because of Graham. He's a master of conversation and knows how to interact and include all guests. James Corden tried this in US but fell flat. He couldnt really connect with all the guests and did not have a good segue in his conversations.
