My cousin Melody sleeps that way. I first found out when I was sleeping over at her house when we were little kids. Never forgot it. It was scary 😱! We shared a bed and we were talking. She was staring at me but had gone quiet. I stared at her face for about a minute before I realized she was sleeping … with her eyes wide open 😳! And she has unusually pretty eyes (color-wise), the kind that are noticeable from across a room. I can’t even explain the color, they were so different. Had wished my boring brown ones had been like that.
@libbywiskowski96188 ай бұрын
Perhaps was the color a sort of changing hazel or a piercing gray? Some ppl with connective tissue disorders sleep with eyes open or partially open. I don't but my daughter does. Freaked me out too haha! We all have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome.
@dianefiske-foy47178 ай бұрын
@@libbywiskowski9618 … Melody’s eyes are really light like my sister’s are. My sister’s are a light blue/gray. Melody’s kinda look like they could be blue, gray, OR green. My great great grandfather had light gray eyes with dark complexion and dark brown hair. From what I heard, it was a striking combination. He was quite a lady’s man. I have a black and white picture of what we think is him in what looks like a P-coat (spelling?). Looks like it’s from the 1860’s or so.

@@dianefiske-foy4717 oh wow that's awesome! Mine are the piercing gray/blue but mostly gray. My daughter's, one has my eyes and one has my ex husband's odd changing green ones(he's also a red head and a twin so genetic fun mix there lol) we ALL have genetic connective tissue disorders. I have hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, my kids are still HCTD. Heritable connective tissue disorders. I live in a bit of a railroad/logging town with a long genealogy of union rail workers and also theater workers who had similar experiences in health things. Not too heard of until recently really, I wasn't correctly diagnosed until age 31 myself.

Seeing US celebrities being taken off guard by the freedom of speech guests have in Graham's show will never get old. The stories are great, but the reaction of the other guests is always what does it for me. Matthew Perry (RIP) with Mariam Margoyles, Ryan Gosling with Greg Davies,... His award was so well deserved. I wish we had talk shows like that in France.

The Turkish saz is not really a thing, in case anyone is curious about it. I am guessing it is meant to be a custom-made "baglama", whose shape is very different (as you can see by googling it) but the sound is somewhat similar. Much more importantly, it is a microtonal instrument where the fret positions differ from Western instruments, unlike the one here. The style of music you make with it is more like King Gizzard songs, although you can play Western music on it too.

My stepson would sleep with his eyes open. They aren't fully open, they are cracked to half way. Just like how she says she sleeps.
