Suing someone for slander is damn near impossible in the United States. Unless Mark Henry accused Ryback of a crime (he didn't) or some other wrongdoing that did provable damage to Ryback's personal or professional reputation there's literally no case. "He said mean things about me" isn't slander, and you can't sue people for it. Ryback isn't even going to get a lawyer to take this case because a lawyer can lose their license if they file a lawsuit they know won't have a snowball's chance in hell. As for the Taker interview, it could be due to Taker asking for it to be taken down because he didn't want the backlash. Either out of professional courtesy to the current talent, or far more likely because people pointed out to him he sounds like he was advocating for illegal drug use and threats of violence which could cause him some issues when it comes to professional business matters.
