I love this track Em rips it and sets the tone of this track immediately as you press play now the meaning of “Hello” ~ This song serves the same purpose as “My Name Is” from the SSLP, introducing, or in this case, re-introducing Slim Shady to the world after a lengthy hiatus. Prior to Relapse, Eminem took a 5 year break after Encore. He’s reintroducing himself to the rap game,his break lasted between 2004-2009 so that’s 5 years without releasing an official Studio Album,and the reasoning was during 2008 just before ‘Relapse’ and during his hiatus. He was addicted to prescription drugs at the time he was producing his own movie “8 Mile”. He had a hectic schedule with less than 4 hours to sleep so he was recommended a drug by one of his friends that would help him get through it, soon enough Eminem got addicted to it and had to go to rehab from where he got out and was still consuming pills. After a while, he had to be rushed to the Hospital as his Organs had stopped functioning since he took a lethal dosage of Valium (Mentioned in his song ‘My Mom’ “My mom loved valium and lots of drugs, that’s why I am like I am, ‘cause I’m like her”). Em The Goat Of Hip Hop he’s been through alot of shit he could’ve went out sad and I’m glad he came back to reclaim his title as the Rap God✍🏽🐐🎯💯(Please React to Eminem “Same Song & Dance” Lyric Video)

Top 5? Not even Top 5 off this album. And people hated on the album (Relapse) hard. You already did Deja Vu the other day. You should check out My Mom, Insane, Bagpipes from Baghdad, We Made You, Old Times Sake, Must Be the Ganja, Beautiful, Crack a Bottle, or Elevator. All killers from Relapse. Em has literally hundreds of songs that are Top 5 material though, so it's easy to put that tag on any song you hear from him.

Personally I preferred "Medicine Ball" over this one but I loved the Relapse album. This was out at a time before I had internet (2009) and I remember one of my friends had this whole album on a mp3 player and it got passed around alot cause all my friends loved the album. I ended up buying the CD so I did not have to borrow the mp3 anymore! 🤣

It's a banger but I don't do Em bangers.. Medicine Ball, Bagpipes from Baghdad, 3AM, Stay Wide Awake are my faves from the album. Relapse wasn't received well by the masses due to Ems clear infatuation with serial killers, their mental states and what lead them to carry out horrendous acts throughout the album tracks. But regardless of that; Em lays the verses down so masterfully and his use of double entendres, word play, cadence, flow rate, references, etcetera is in full effect and showcases why Em is if not the GOAT rapper then one of the GOATs in rap.
