You got what the armed forces were up to at your school . The younger the recruit the more malleable that person is to rebuild them into good soldiers . Also when he's talking about the draft coming back that was no joke because there were 2 full blown wars going & the troops that were fighting were looking to do their time & go home . Unfortunately there wasn't enough people signing up to replace the ones wanting to leave so they either had to implement a draft , which was politically unpopular as you can imagine , or do what they ended up doing which was telling the service people who's time were up that "you CAN'T leave" ,even though they'd fulfilled their obligated time . It was called the Stop Loss order & it lasted till 09 . Eminem was telling young kids at the time to open their eyes
