If you haven't been able to tell now. This is more of the slim Shady era. This was right after infinite. When he tried to showcase his rhyming schemes and cadence. And people s*** all over him. So we came out with this. Shock value I just don't give a f*** type of attitude. (That's actually the name of a song on this album. Just don't give a f***. And there's another one further down on the album called I still don't give a f***. You should check those out. You could even do them together) this definitely got his name out there. Pissed off a whole lot of people as you can imagine. After this was the Marshall Mathers LP. Where he showed off more of himself and what he could do, But also still had a lot of shock value. To you could consider this eminem. And I feel like a little bit of recovery but more of the revival CD was him opening up and trying to rap about more current things and substance since a lot of people would say he didn't have any substance he was just rhyming for the sake of rhyming. And obviously people s*** all over him for that as well even though I think that's one of his best albums other than music to be murdered by A&b. A lot of people say they like this version of him better. Or they say this version is more talented. Which is absolutely f****** ridiculous LOL everybody is entitled to their own opinion. But I think people confuse nostalgia with skill. Nobody had heard anything like this before and nobody heard anybody rhyming like this. So there was a certain feeling that people got hearing this kind of stuff for the first time. And I think people hold on to that. And that's why they think this version of him is better. Again everybody is entitled to their own opinion. But as far as actual skilled goes. The newer m&m is on a whole different level. So much more complex schemes and writing that goes on. So much more that people don't even realize or appreciate. I just f****** rambled on for way way too long I'm sorry. I'm going to go keep it up

This song is offensive af and funny af. He shouts out the Outsidaz a rap collective he was a part of. I'd suggest you check them out but all of the songs I've heard online are bad quality. He definitely has a way with storytelling. If you haven't heard Dead Wrong it's great. Posthumous collaboration with Biggie - they probably say some of the most twisted stuff you can think of.
