I almost bought it yesterday actually! It's now on steam, so I'm hoping it will be in a steam sale soon, then I will definitely get it, and yes I would love to make some videos with it!

It's kinda weird seeing you not use Pike and Shot tactics, I suppose it's been rendered obsolete by the more prevalent use of firearms, such a shame it was so effective.

Yeah, its just have the firearms are so powerful the pikes aren't needed! A frontal cav charge will loose 50-75% of troops before hitting the line, and after that its still a bit of a struggle to fight through the bayonets. Still, if there were pike units in the game I would still use some, as they are so useful at pinning down melee infantry.

Hey,I remembered you play total war shogun 2.Can you play again different factions like Hojo,Tokugawa,Hattori,Chosokabe,Mori,Uesugi,Shimazu,Date,Ikko Ikki and Otomo clans after you finish all episodes of Teppou Republic?Because that was awesome and fanstatic video.I really like it

I think I'll do a different total war game before coming back to shogun, as by the end of this series I will have done quite a lot of it, will be nice to have some variety!

I think that after dealing with the Obama you should capture Kyoto. Also this needs more cannons.

I definitely need to get Kyoto as soon as possible, although my relations with them are very good at the moment, so currently not the ideal time. My plan is to end the wars going northwards and eastwards if I can and focus west, as that way I will be fighting alongside more Imperial clans, so should be easier.

And the cannons will come, just you wait! Need to get Tsu modernised. The next episode has mortars in it, got some nice artillery action lined up!

Good plan and be careful with the guys in Kyoto while going against the factions you are at war with. I always get quite nervous when someone breaks the military access deal with me because I usually see them declaring war in 10 to 15 turns. The fact that the next episode has mortars in it is just awesome.
