Me too! I had never heard this one because back in the day I sort of got sucked into the Seattle thing and just would not consider listening to anyting related to the previous era. I saw Extreme for this album’s tour in Atlanta , Fox Theater March ( I think) 1993 - it was an unbelievably amazing show- they went all out with horns etc. played the whole album , if I remember correctly. Great experience, concert wise, almost didn’t go, but glad I did. They tore it up- so tight as a band. Hate that trends changed on them and it was hard for them to much label support after this - but all the music they’ve made afterwards is still testament to their true worth and talent. Great band , great album.

In a better world, this song would have been huge. But it was subtle, gentle and nuanced in a world that was focused on ragged darkness and noise. I can still remember the feeling I had when I first heard it and felt the distance between this sincere, considered expression and the trends of the day. But song and video both are still poignant and affecting to me to this day.

Yes, as I get older the lyrics hit me harder. This album hits me like a psychedelic, it brings me back to my childhood and can even bring me to my knees. I come out of it a better person every time. Funny thing is I just want to hear a song and then afterwards I'm a different person.

I remember me and my buddy Eric Mautner rocking to this song while tripping on acid with a blue light and a red light where we'd get hot or cold depending which light we were under. And then we that crescendo dropped we both felt like we were going to fall. FuQn awesome times. Great back, great song, great times. I'm so thankful for music and musicians. I can only hope i can change someone's life like that.

Loved them in Mia,fl when they were recording III SIDES & couldn't have been nicer to their fans signing everything, pix & taking time 2 talk, even gave my son some sticks that were used (Paul) in the recording. Great guys, miss their music.
