@@Albert-wz6jh apparently an argument, Senior was upset and blamed the misses for losing some important family papers. Marvin who was staying, or possibly living there? Was kinda sticking up for his mom and after him and senior exchanged some more words about the misplaced papers? Senior went and got his gun. He then shot and killed his extremely talented son, Marvin Gaye. Weird but true; The gun Marvin was shot with, was the same gun he gave to his father as a present! Chilling, but true!! I wasn't there, so I can't vouch 100% that I truthfully know exactly what happened, but I think this is the just of it.
