This car would have been received so much differently if it came from the factory with this exhaust. Almost every review mentions the lack of sound, they miss the V8, etc but with this performance and that sound, there isn't much to complain about

True so far Novitec exhaust for V6 cars like 296/MC20/Artura are dissapointing, the V8 and V12 are best in the business for them

@@TRX25EX Can't really fault Novitec for that. V6 engines aren't as easy to improve the exhaust note. Not many 6-cylinder engines sound as good as engines with higher cylinder count, at least to my ears.

For me it looks nice, im sure there will be some great spec's to come, Mclaren have always built a car the handles better thsn most BUT that sound is not attractive! And thats after novitec has had a fiddle, imagine what the bog standard things sounds like?

Man, I think the Artura was a huge miss. I think in a bubble, if the 296 never existed it might have been fine but yeah, the 296 just slugs this thing in the face and kicks it into the dirt. Never stood a chance.

I think the only unfortunate thing about this exhaust system is that you destroyed the daily drivable character of the car by getting rid of the exhaust vanes to have a quieter option without droning on the highways

This is a good review, but don't you ever again call a 296 GTB an entry level car.... if you wanna compare the artura to an entry level car do so with a portofino or a roma and not with the fastest mid engine supercar in the world.

I get its your job to sell exhaust pipes and it does sound better than stock but that sounds nothing like the N/A V10 Huracan Tecnica. RIP the proper old school supercar. No matter what Novitec do a V6 Hybrid is not going to sound like a Naturally aspirated car sadly. Given the sound and weight disadvantages of Hybrids suoercars will never be the same or as good from now on. The golden era is over
