awesome song. i have encoragged soo many for GOD! have told so many GOD loves them . taught sunday school was the youth president at my church at 16. my grandfather now in heaven was a pastor in t he nazerine church in st pete flordia. he was also a wonderful man from canada a preacher who went from place to place preaching the word of GOD > in tents camp meetings. he met my grandmother in virgina. she was a widow with two girls my mom was one. he married her and took her to flordia to live. my dad met my mother at that church he was a pastor of. my dad still preaches in GA.i got married in ga and amhave been married 42 yrs. m,y husband is divoring me over my faith in GOD my desire to serve GOD and he is dying i have been his full time caretaker for going on 7 yrs i need a way to make a income. GOD called me to sing for him 7 yrs ago. i was in the drs office when we was told my husband would loose his abilty to work as a computer programer. i worked too to help him live in apharetta ga. i am humble and have been on my face on the floor begging GOD to help me~ i have no control over the money my husband has he took my car keys to my car! he is taking me to the bank today to take my name off our joint account! i told him i was going to sing for GOD. he thinks i dont love him. i have loved him and forgiven him fo rthings he has done to me for 35 yrs he broke two of my fingers in 1984~ i LIED TO A DR SO HE WOULD NOT LOOSE HIIS US AIRFORCE CAREER I DIVORCED HIM IN `85 FOR ONE YEAR AND THEN REMARRIED HIM TO HAVE A HOME AGAIN. WENT TO M ICHIGAN WORKED IN RED CROSS VOLUNTEER ON T HE HOSPITAL WARD AS THE WARD CLERK HAVE A TOP SECRET CLEARANCE. HAVE A SPECAIL PASS PORT GIVEN TO ME BY THE OFFICE IN WASHINGTON DC HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND A FLORDIADR LICENCE. I AM A GOOD WOMAN OF GOD/ DID RED CROSS IN DALTON. Gideon was far outnumbered and alone, but God purposed that to show His power. 1 Cor 1:27 "But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong". God time and time again chooses the humble, lowly, meek, poor, and outnumbered. God is just as near when I am alone, weakening in faith, and void of feeling His presence. He is there.
