Group H is as brutal as you could ask for. Was hoping for an easier group for Stephen and Josh but having Gian and Wessel in there should turn it into a total free-for-all. Hopefully they can replicate their runs from last year, just hopefully without Stephen laying an egg against Cross and Josh avoiding crumbling in sight of the line against Wade. Wouldn’t be mad at all if Gian put a run together though, he’s more than talented enough to.

Very soft group for Humphries and Littler finally gets a kind draw in a TV ranking event. Group H looks wide open as every player should fancy their chances of progressing.

I mean, Gilding was probably the best opponent you could get at the Euros after Cullen. Just that Littler messed around with his darts again and Gilding played his A game there. I think Keane Barry and Lourence Ilagan are also very good players when - when! - they actually find form. Ilagan is a really strong fighter as well imo. Dimi is anyway.

@@shy9954Ilagan is always entertaining to watch too. Wouldn’t put it past him for some shenanigans if he’s well in the game against Luke or Dimi. Keane’s a-game is actually very good too, he’s just pretty inconsistent sometimes, especially on the doubles. It’s by no means an easy group but still one that Littler should get out of.

Once again the draw for a tournament is done with NO real evidence that the draw was not organized before hand. Pretending to write names on a page is NOT proof. How do we know who is assigned to any particular number. If you want to show transparency in a draw, then you need to give everyone the list of names and numbers before the draw. Why didn't they do the draw in order. A,B,C ect.?? So many questions but No answers... How do we know it is not a rigged draw??? we can't. The biggest question.... WHY NOT HAVE 32 numbered balls ? Why? because it would be harder to rig the draw.
