People have been killed, and is still being legally killed for denouncing their faith in many Islamic countries with Sharia law. There is no legal representation provided for people who are posed with these charges, so the punishment is arbitary. On top of my head, I remember this; A man proposed that the ruling in Saudi is not right and that Islam should be reformed to accept global standards, that man was sentenced 1000 lashes and 10 years in prison; he didn't protest or anything, he just gave a speech. Still think mulims are a tolerable bunch? I've seen enough beheadings in Saudi to know how messed up it gets when a religion rules a state. ( Like when catholics had the entire crusade thing going on. )

If Jesus was GOD, then why in Mark 12:29 Jesus said "Here, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord." The words "our God" indicate that Jesus had a higher God over him, a stronger God than him. I'm not a Muslim and I haven't read the Quran, apart from chapter 9 that Nabeel refers to. He seems to be misrepresenting what that chapter says.. Nabeel claims Ch9 starts by disavowing all treaties with polytheists.. But here is how it starts.. "1. A declaration of immunity from God and His Messenger to the polytheists with whom you had made a treaty." So the polytheists you made treaties with are declared immune from God and his messenger. Nothing about disavowing treaties. Then he refers to chapter 9 verse 5 where it says to "slay the infidels/polytheists wherever you find them and lay seige to them" but he skips the qualifier in Ch9 v4 which explains which polytheists you should leave alone, and thus by deductive reasoning, which ones are the infedels in v5 who should be slain. Ch9 v4 reads "4. Except for those among the polytheists with whom you had made a treaty, and did not violate any of its terms, nor aided anyone against you. So fulfill the treaty with them to the end of its term. God loves the righteous." It's basically advising to honour the treaties with polytheists unless they have violated the terms and conspired against you. It literally says the opposite of what Nabeel claims about disavowing all treaties. And here is the whole of Ch9 v5 and v6, not just the brief line Nebeel mentioned.. "5. When the Sacred Months have passed, kill the polytheists wherever you find them. And capture them, and besiege them, and lie in wait for them at every ambush. But if they repent, and perform the prayers, and pay the alms, then let them go their way. God is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. 6. And if anyone of the polytheists asks you for protection, give him protection so that he may hear the Word of God; then escort him to his place of safety. That is because they are a people who do not know." All people capable of rational thinking will surely come to the conclusion that islam is not a religion, it never was. It is simply an evil, neo-political, militant, vicious, cult-following, garbed as a religion. The koran, the tenets of Islam and the way it is preached presently do not promote peace and harmony in any part of the world. It goads it's adherents (many trapped into, with no escape path) to wage war on man, subjugate, convert, tax, enslave,... Thus the koran needs to be re-edited, the objectionable parts expunged, the diehards de-radicalized, the brainwashing madarasas shut down and the hate/violence/radicalizing preachers prohibited. Only then does it make sense to begin to help all the remaining muslims and those trapped into islam to start a new way of life and rehabilitate back into normal society.
