Beautiful Ginga boss man! I've been watching your videos over the last few weeks and very impressed! I've been learning the Ginga. Enjoying your lessons so far. I'm mainly focussing on improving my Ginga and working on my core exercises. I'm planning to join a club once this corona lockdown is over. Thank you very much . From Zambia via Bristol, UK 🕊❤

I've done Capoeira on and off for 30 years now with various groups and this is by far the best breakdown of Ginga I have seen. Tudo de bom!

I am a 53 años mother of 5 and proud grandmother of 6 beautiful grandchildren. I am also mobility disabled, using a walker or a wheelchair. I still use those things, but I discovered this video and decided to try doing this; very, very slowly and always with someone with me. It was **SO** hard! Especially the balance on the bases!! But, very slowly, it came, a little better each time. Paralelà was hard, too, because everything was tight, my joints - especially my artificial hip - were like rusted old hinges!! LOL Now? I do a fifteen minutes faster set of **just** the ginga moves every other day and a slower, more for balance, stretching and working on pure mobility on the other days. I do this **every** day, and it has helped to relieve a good part of my chronic pain, for at least several hours afterwards. I can't say it's healed me, but it has improved many things to where I can live a better quality of life, now, then I did before capoeria and the ginga. !Gracias, El Professor¡

Great, I am a 64 yr old PE Teacher doing online PE for my students. I just finished a Boxing Moves unit for fitness. The capoeria moves are excellent for body conditioning in a limited home space. I will practice and try it with the class. I will tell the kids I want participation and practice and not perfection yet....especially me. Thank you

I know I already said you're a great teacher. And you prove it one more time. I teach capeira to my pupils since 2003 (I'm a primary school teacher) and I think I'll use your routine to teach them the ginga ! Kudos !

Cheers again bro! My Ginga is now fluid enough I've started adding some kicks and other elements. A very exciting journey for me. Thank you very much! Haven't done anything like this since I was around 12 and now in my late thirties! A bit harder this time but I'm determined to stick with it. Keep up the good work. ❤

I love how to explain and show step by step. Capoeria is an art I really want to learn bad but where I live theirs no capoeira or muay thai school near me. I mention both because I really want to learn them. The only way is if I go all way to New York Manhattan. Not only is it far but I got no car o.o

Thanks man this is awesome!! have leant so much from your videos still have a long way to go but loving it...I think about training all the time and trying new movements and when I do I go for hours just trying to make sure the movement is correct. the natural movement of the body while doing capoeira not only conditions the body but conditions the mind. Practicing outside is so spiritually grounding and brings you so close to mother earth its amazing. You finish feeling so much good positive vibes. Thanks again for sharing the gift of Capoeira :)

Hey Bro I really loved this video where I could follow you and do it with you. So here is my suggestion, It would be awesome if you made videos where you do basic Fundamental moves which will makes us loose and agile like you and we could follow you doing them. Like a full on beginner workouts with basic fundamental moves like this. Let's say for example like the yoga videos on KZbin where we could follow the instructor by doing what he/she does but with Basic beginner moves so that we could improve and start moving like you. Then may be you know keep changing the level of difficulty and we could always go to the basics and learn those first and master them then get into the next level stuff. I hope this made sense and you understood it. But we all are really grateful for you. And we will always be there for you. Just keep doing what you love to do, My friend.

Simple and good build up! :) I always find the Ginga so interesting... Its is the basis of capoeira but I always see people do it differently or wrongly. Some people put their leg out very straight, while others lunge all the way down. I'm never sure how low to go... But this helped!
