The Official Development Camp at the West Coast Hockey Prep Camp attracts officials passionate about their craft. Former NHL Official Brad Lazarowich (1971 games, 3rd all time, NHL) & Logan Parsons (WHL Referee) lead this group of inspired service-oriented young adults.
