Absolutely a fabulous, 5-star session. James does an outstanding job controlling the conversation and getting some superb stories and facts from Sammy. Compare this professional production with Alite and that dunce Felix or Howdy Doody and his illiterate co-host and it’s like night and day. Looking forward to more very informative sessions about LCN history with the very articulate James and the legendary Sammy The Bull.

Really excellent!! I thoroughly enjoyed that and look forward to further episodes! I am frankly impressed that you covered the Alan Kaiser murder. I'm sure it's a case that many have wanted to hear about direct from Sammy. Having read Sammy's book "Underboss" which I highly recommend, I can see that once you decide to cooperate, it is almost impossible to lie about what you have done. The FBI check it all (they have to so that the testimony stands up in court) and if you are caught lying the whole deal can collapse and that might mean death for the person who has cooperated once they get sent back to prison.

OC, were you in Arizona when you interviewed Sammy? Isn't the weather just gorgeous? The editing in this interview should receive an award. It's spectacular. 15:45 I'll tell you how Greg Scarpa found out about your hit Sammy. The Feds told him about your hit. Chances are your conversation about the Scarpa hit were recorded on tapes. That conversation was bugged probably by the FBI. It's well known they had Scarpa on the payroll, so they probably told him. If you had proceeded with the job your career would have ended much sooner.
