Considering that so many people in business still don't yet know what it is or how it revolutionizes business processes, we're still at the very start! Remember: Salesforce solves a global problem!

Truth! Opportunities everywhere. 💎 But big challenges…companies don’t realize they have problems with their current application of SF or that the sales experience for employees and customers could be significantly better. Drowning in the status quo and tech stack bloat. Here is where an artist’s (or designer’s) mindset can disrupt uncontested and inefficient processes and allow sales to take flight. Fighting for systems to take back my time and SELL. Not endlessly search. 🙄

personally, it's crazy to me how Salesforce simply does not give a single **** to design in general. Maybe Trailhead is their best product design, but the whole rest is just horrendous.

What do you expect from a crm application to be flashy?😂

Unfortunately to me, day by day, Salesforce Ben sounds more like a Salesforce Ad to me than an unbiased report on a blog

Shame. I thought this was pretty upfront. Plenty of positive and negative takeaways giving a pretty realistic picture of the market.

We really do strive to be as unbiased as possible, believing that it's important to highlight the good but also make people aware of the not-so-good things. We value any feedback of any nature on this, so thank you!

With all the budget cuts happening across industries, I think Salesforce is going to struggle. The platform is confusing, expensive, and requires a lot of technical know-how. On top of that, the UI isn't exactly modern or user-friendly. In a time when companies are looking to save money and simplify their tools, I don't see many wanting to invest in something that feels so complicated and outdated.

Interesting because AI works really well when your data is good. In fact the better and more clean your data, the better your AI, the less hallucinating. And that a tough nut to crack. However, I do think and expect that things will pick up when the economy is better.

The new Agentforce platform with autonomous agents looks to be seriously transformational for the CRM market.

Well, Ben/everyone, I have a question for you (hoping for an honest, realistic reply). Right now, I am a Junior Associate with 7 months of experience at a startup, but in the future, I’m looking to build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. What are my chances of landing a job in 2025? Thanks in advance for any insights!

Good content, but the swaying was distracting and the background music buildup make me anxious for some reason.

Salesforce is an underwhelming piece of software. Sure, it's functional but it's also slow and fiddly. The interface is counter-intuitive and reminds me of my early and underwhelming forays into database development. Ugly and messy. The marketing and sales team have done an exceptional job. It's the only reason that explains SF's global popularity.
