The road gates are classed as doors its shouting at you because of tower in the centre, it takes up space so you don’t have a 5x5 area. Also why don’t you add the road barriers instead of the road gates so they have more to go through if they riot in there

i know this is an old comment, but from what I can tell you’re basically referring to using two barred walls around a empty walkway, which should work as well. the guards can’t hit through the walls, however they can see what the prisoners are doing and you can add gates if you want

Hi, does anybody know how to fix dead body problem? Hearses refuse to take dead bodies and im piled up with over 30 right now, in the "Job" section the workers have Move body to hearse on their queue but they just stand around instead of taking the bodies to the hearse, i tried removing the morgues and placing them again also the acces but nothing seems to fix it

Thats the standard setup for morgues. There's no reason for a prisoner to have access to there.
