Tecsun S-2200x AGC on SSB seems to have a better slope than previous Tescun Receivers

The first word is harsh but in a normal conversation it sound quite good and does not have too much punch to it

Tecsun should provide for faster AGC timing on SSB/ CW. A selectable AGC switch would be optimal. Enjoy your reviews Gilles. Keep up the good work. 73

Too bad they didn’t put a little more effort into the S-meter. It’s very cool to have the needle. The tuning knob looks superb though. And I love the calibration feature.

Can you make the radio scan certain frequencies.? Like a certain list of frequencies?

I think the HF aircraft band is still active. I have not listened in a few years. I wonder how it would sound on the S-2200x

You can scan on each band in search of signals and it also scans the international broadcast band on shortwave and VHF Airband also
