That's true! A long time ago I hadn't figured out discernment properly and figured, I'll just determine truth by using logic as the first filter of data. 18mths later I realised this was, not only causing biases, but it wasn't a good determination of truth either. Learned to use heart and mind together and boom, evolution shot forward, started daily meditation, got realized, now have discernment on steroids, and the ability to love, accept, be in neutrality, have reason, peace and joy. ♾💚🌞

In my experience women are so much more logical than men. I don't know why that trope even exists. Men cannot navigate their own emotions and therefore have to 'adjust' their interpretation of reality itself in order to be right all the time. This is absolute subjectivity: non-acceptance of truth itself. Their 'logic' is almost always highly influenced by their subjective experience, in my experience. Emotional understanding is absolutely required for true clarity because we must know how to navigate uncomfortable truths.

Well. Your video was helpful, but I have been struggling recently, with something I have heard. I no longer follow the "Religious" dogma that I was raised in. So I see myself, at this point, as open and curious. There was some information I came across, discussing how much "mind manipulation" has been in play over us in past years. This is nothing new, but has increased, esp with our current electronic devices. There are scientific papers available explaining these things, with the attempt to separate our minds from our "Source" Energy. I no longer know what our Source is, but I do not define it as Divine Love". I only see it as our Energy Source. But to think of how this could be taken away from us, leaves me wondering, "Where does that leave us?" I know AI is a participant, as well as the Dark Players involved in this current realm. For those of us trying to wake up with more understanding and "Enlightenment", do we even have control over the wisdom we are seeking. I would love to get some clarity on this issue, as I am finding it very unsettling. It reminds me of the Movie/Book, "The Golden Compass", where the children are kidnapped with their "Spirit Force Energy" taken from them, leaving them "Empty". Any insights?

I have had an easier time with this dual experience than some others. This is because I survived an abusive childhood and learned that survival depended on keeping many things to myself. I am now in a life that contains a great deal of love and resulting a more positive way of being. However, I am the only one in it that has gone through awakening to a expanded and more conscious reality. Sometimes I feel frustrated and lonely. You can't really express a deeper understanding and overall way of being. So much of this is feeling energies that translate into living in a different place and way of being. So I have come to not trying to express that. I meet those I am close to on a common ground. As I do all of my life. Just from a different perspective.

Recently I concluded religion is within the satanic realm, so interesting to hear you say that too. Having grown up as in a strict Mennonite world I've thought a lot about this. However horrific the trauma I endured was, to me the worst part was their Acting-as-Museum-Pieces instead of being real and authentic; seeing each other, caring, asking questions that matter, being motherly, fatherly, sisterly, brotherly, and so on to the uncles, aunts and grandparents. The pain and confusion of a shattered mind with no one at all to see, to help put things into perspective, is what twisted my insides completely to hell. I can not tell you how damaging this aspect. If you grow up in a good Mennonite home, fine, but if not, good luck to you... you may walk your life through hell and high water with death stalking you - with patterns so, so destructive! In conclusion, religion is not necessarily bad, but if one has CPTSD it can be very difficult to unravel your life. With no religion, but only sound spiritual teaching, YES. Religion may have been a necessary evil at one time, but as mankind matures, we only really need spiritual sovereignty. So thanks for explaining the objective subjective dynamics. That's a good point, the subjective and the objective are ultimately one. There is only one reality. And yes, subjective often means biased and personal, and there is also the direct subjective experience which is factual, actual. Objective reality is always experienced within the subjective experience, within consciousness.

What are your thoughts on advanta vedanta (which basically says that you are brahman) and also Christianity (which says that you are love and if you're devoted, God is always on your side)? I have only been practicing meditation and somewhat minimal learning about non-dualism through Vedantic teachings. I'm so stuck in fear I don't even trust myself. At a certain point it would seem that chaos IS indeed order, only that it is beyond human logic. I feel I am only Love, I can only surrender to it, I am the force that is bringing everything together, my individuality is both solipsistic (objective) and the opposite (subjective). Logic is nonsense at a certain point it is a limitation given by our limited human mind. Only Love exits ultimately, there is nothing else. We are that Love. Time however determines movement and we need to decide the what and where our human existence wishes. What is the scope of all this we could ask ourselves. Sovereignty can only be in the service to Love, I am happy to serve. I trust unconditionally in Love. What can we know? What created our desire to desire? Our mind is not the tool that can understand, it is too limited. Mind cannot be the compass through an illogical logic, only the heart’s intelligence can permit navigation. Consciousness created the Mind, the brain, the senses, the body, the world, individuality and…you. It is the opposite of what we thought. You are me, inevitably. Who am I ? Mind boggling Sarah. Thank you, Sarah. Just amazing. As a lifelong truthseeker, it has taken me a long time to recognize the limits of rational thought (paradoxes and Godel's Theorem were helpful). And so, to transcend the mind has ultimately brought me to a point of surrender and a place of heart. One point, however, is that I wonder if you are being too hard on religion. It has not been my path, but I have many friends who have utilized devotion to a monotheistic god as a tool for tremendous personal growth. Just as I aim to transcend mind, they might one day transcend the god of the Bible, but such rafts can be helpful until we discard it at the shore.

Hi Sarah, I'm following a story development method called dramatica theory of story and it has in it 4 different viewpoints of what it calls the "story mind" that I have noticed corresponds to what you have mentioned here! It has an objective story throughline which would be objective reality, a relationship story throughline (which is the subjective point of view of a relationship in conflict) but it also has two others and I was wondering if they correspond to anything in this teaching you are giving us. They are the first person or I perspective which is called the main character and the obstacle or influence character (which is the impartial singular point of view in regards to conflict) Together the story mind reads I, You, We, They. Does this correspond? It would be funny if it was actually following the laws of reality, as above so below as within so without, a fractal of reality itself applied to story🤔. Thanks, great vids 😊

Can you please elaborate more on the harmony between the subjectivity and objectivity in the light of competition? I mean, how does it work when two minds have opposing goals to be realized in the objective reality, how does the system that harmonizes these two would choose one over the other without making it come back to the problem of determinism (not to mention justice, but let's just skip it for now)? This problem always comes to mind when im thinking about harmony in the whole thing and I can't seem to find a way in to simply sit and relax with the idea of free-will.

Hi, I know that the prison planet earth idea is considered to be based in fear, but that’s exactly how it feels to me. And as spiritual beings I can’t see any truth in this place being a school because I’m sure we’re already complete but feel uncertain of this because of not having our memories and of the control system in general. Of course I can’t speak for others but for me I’ll be getting out of here at the first opportunity. And I can’t see anything wrong with this. After all why should we be told that we need to stay somewhere we don’t like?

In the True Oneness, there is no object nor subject. All opposites have been eliminated. What is that? I hace been there 1000s of times in meditation and I still dont know what it is. There is absolutely nothing, that can be said about it. Even time does not exist there. Does any one have any idea what that is?
