I have definitely struggled with this topic for a while. I know for a fact that I want to help others awaken, no question, but I’ve often over-thought and over-complicated it. There have been many times where I’ve wondered if it’s “selfish” of me to have certain boundaries, to be picky with the people I’m around, etc. I’ve also wondered if it’s selfish to pursue my passions if they don’t “directly” help others awaken. However, lately I’ve realized that it’s only through awakening myself more deeply that I can awaken others. That by coming into more of my true self and embodying/radiating that, I will naturally awaken others. I don’t have to try as hard as I thought. I don’t have to serve others in the same way other energetic healers do, right now, in order to uplift the collective vibration. I can be myself, love myself, and express myself and that can be enough right now. In time, I’m sure I will offer “healing” to others. But right now, I need to give that to myself. And I finally have made peace with that ❤ Thank you so much for this video fam… I agree the terms are outdated. By serving the self (in a healthy, conscious way) we serve the other. If we are whole/abundant on our own and don’t seek to manipulate or control or take from the other, then we are in service to the highest good. That’s all that matters imo. Truth, integrity, and awareness in how we interact with self AND others… cause in the end, there is no difference 💫

Sarah is taking the concepts from farther back in our earth history from Atlantis and the Children of the Law of One, I believe- the origins of Hermetic concepts. The Ra stuff uses those words, so she is connecting that thread for people influenced by the Ra material. It was "channeled" back in the 80s when much psychic manipulation was occurring via technology. Be careful, is all. Like Sarah says, use discernment. ❤🙏

I went from narcissism to not even being able to have a perspective because I was worried about serving others. I think this is apart of the awakening journey. You wake up, realize you were kind of an ass lol and then swing to the other polarity. I find myself dangling in the middle these days or at least swaying way less and it’s nice. Selfless does not mean letting people walk over you, that would not be service to the law of free will ~ healthy boundaries ~. Service to Others is service to others and self, Love in Alignment with Free Will. Service to Self is not respecting free will through control etc. Like David Hawkins' book Power vs. Force, Service to Others is empowering (lifting up through love- expansion) while Service to Self is forcing (tearing down through control- restriction). Different vibrational frequencies. There are two sides of Source energy- static (love) and dynamic (free will). Service to Others follows Divine laws, while Service to Self chooses to ignore Divine laws as long as they can.

We let and contributed to STS getting in control and power when most of humanity is STO. Once we unveil from this, humanity and earth won't ever be the same. The Ra Material was the book of my spiritual awakening. I just feel like adding one thing to this concept which was lightly touched on. This notion of STO - STS is Most relevant in our current density (3rd). In fact, if an entity is to graduate into 4th Density consciousness (some call this the 5th dimension), it is actually the choosing of the entity of one of these two polarities. Both polarities can graduate, but it takes a lot of concentrated will, and an extremely strong separation mentality, for a STS entity to move on. So the important thing in this density is The Choice. To go the STO path is to choose the thoughts that lead to oneness, unity, love, compassion for others, aiding in the raising of the earths vibration. You then begin to polarize towards STO and eventually you build up enough charge to graduate into 4th Density. Moving beyond 3rd Density, these polarities, while still relevant, are no longer the main lessons within that density, but it's the initial choosing in this density that creates the framework for your continued learning in the following densities. This has been a message from The Confederation of Planets in The Service of The Infinite Creator. Love and Light!

I like your intensity and passion and I am certain that you are always seeking to improve, therefore I write you to assist you in this. As you recognize, understanding the two paths is extremely important and vital to making an informed choice for you and your soul's future. On top of this, PEOPLE literally have no clue and this ignorance will seal the fate (or choice) of many. I found your understanding and mine of the two paths very different. My understanding lines up well with what Arron Abke presents in his blog on his "Service-to-Self vs Service-to-Others" on this topic. To start with, it is my awareness that a large percentage of humanity will not polarize STS or STA (I use STA instead of STO, STA = Service-to-All), meaning they will repeat (or continue) the 3rd Density experience and not move to 4th Density. As you are aware all the frequencies beginning with 4th Density up unto the two paths merging in 6th Density only provide the two paths for the soul to develop on. And as my teachers say, in terms of energy expenditure, it is just as hard to qualify for STA graduation as it is for being STS harvested. When I discuss the two paths with my students - I do it this way: at the highest octave of 3rd Density a sapient (self-aware) being has the opportunity to move to the next level of Creation. To do this they must polarize enough to match their overall energy to one of two paths available for all future soul development. These paths are literally the polar opposite of one another. Together the interaction of these two paths as with the symbol of Yin & Yang, like a rotary engine, power the forward progression of all Creation/Creator. Ergo the two path format is an essential element of the Divine Plan and is critical to its design. Key elements of the two paths are based upon how an entity serves Creation/Creator. First, one must understand that they are connected to the divine - some see that they contain a divine spark while other see that their soul is direct part or element of Creator (God/Goddess/All that is), either works since both are correct. Now here is where the difference comes. The STS person ONLY recognizes the divine in their self and NO WHERE else. Whereas the STA person recognizes the divine spark in self, yet also see’s it in others and/or in nature, possibly in the elements (Earth-Wind-Water-Fire) and maybe even the stars Therefore, the STS person develops the understanding that EVERYTHING and EVERYONE outside of self is a resource for them to utilize. Remember, they see (and know) their self-service is serving GOD. Their ultimate goal/aim is to have ALL worship their Divine self. With time and experience they learn to become masterful at the arts of MANIPULATION and CONTROL. It is for this reason that they master the art of lying and deception. To their self, they feel no compulsions to state the truth since everyone outside of self is strictly a resource to be USED. On the other hand, the STA recognizes the divine outside of self and will consciously and unconsciously honor this awareness in what they say, do, and think. Their expenditure of energy will express this understanding. And it is this expenditure of energy that will determine if they graduate to STA 4th Density. If more than 50% of their energy is expended in aiding others, then they will make the grade. For the STS person, over 95% of all energy must be expended on or for the self in order for them to be harvested to STS 4th Density. In order to pull off this feat, they must virtually shut down their Heart Chakra. Ergo, a prime indicator of a polarized STS person is no or almost no heart energy in their auric field. In fact, an adept STS person doesn’t believe in emitting light, only taking light and energy from others. Thus some often refer to STS beings as “Dark” entities and their worlds as being part of the “Dark Universes” in that they are inclined not to share or give off energy and light. In the case of an STA person, they tend to emit and share light, thus some call them light beings and their worlds, part of the Light Universe. The social template for STA worlds is social democracy, where all work for the common good, using a classless social order that is highly egalitarian. The social template for the STS worlds is national fascism, where all work is done to serve the power elite using a caste system made up of largely stratified slave classes. That whole "blackmail you in order to lower your vibration" is mega huge!!!!! I can see it in many different areas of life. Anytime you're stuffed into a box of ANY SORT, your vibration lowers. Wow. I really appreciate this so much. I've been feeling so hurt by a family member who isn't offering help to me in a way that I so desperately need. I often think of this STS vs STO thing about this family member, as we are both on an awakening path. We have different ways of "being there" for people we care about and I often find myself "being there" in a much more self-sacrificing way than this family member does. This is just from my own perspective. I find myself saying to myself, "I would never let somebody be in a position like that and not help them." But that's just me. This family member does have very strong boundaries, and I can't fault them for that. But they also don't have any children or spouse, and no obligations to anybody, and they like it that way. How can I fault them for that? How can I judge another person's path? I realize that the conflict is within myself and the only way to move forward is to be okay with it, but without sacrificing myself. I don't know if any of this makes sense but I just wanted to say thank you!

The practice of seeing others as yourself is SO powerful! I was astounded by how “under the radar” my myriad of judgmental thoughts were. Most of my previously unrecognized judgements were rather petty and mundane…then I realized that I was judging myself in the same way-if not worse! What is the “cost” of releasing negative judgment? Ra in the Law of One is a social memory complex, so to them I guess service-to-others means an aspect that makes them form that kind of collective. In this way they are also serving themselves since the members are themselves Ra. I reached a point in my life where a Being of Light appeared to me and explained the truth of reality and I had to make a choice of which path to choose STO or STS. STO I wouldn't be rich but I would always have enough and awaken to a psychic gift, I won't know it until after I chose. And STS I would be rich. I tend to see the red pillar and blue pillar and take both degrees of consciousness and blend them to the perfect harmonious central pillar existence of life, balance and divine existence. I think and feel purple and gold... but have gone to central existence of the waters as one in flame soul ignition for all time where all combines. Where we are all together and extend it out. Thank you for explaining your view of this. I see both ways I everyday life. Sick will always take from others to survive naturally. Like children and elderly too. Hence the most vital should be having enough energy generated to help the weaker in the community. As for the idea of one I cannot be one with an evil person. No way and don't want to be.

When you started talking about Service to Self and how it is misinterpreted by some, I thought of the idea, and actual instruction, that when there is an event on an airplane you need to put your own oxygen mask on first before you put the mask on someone else. You cannot help anyone if you are dead! As in many things it is a spectrum - a sliding scale. I have seen elsewhere (David Wilcock I think) that so long as you have 51% or more as Service to Others that’s ok. Blessings to you 🙏🏼🕊🤍✨

At a certain point there would otherwise be no movement, nothing: a very critical stage to learn. It can be another stage of the Dark night of the soul. Hi, I woke up from a dream last night that basically showed me I was in STS because of the lack and fear that I am in involving my life and resources. Today, I see your video. And you described exactly the constricted and closed to Source/inspiration place that I experience myself in. I want to be in STO only. In all the work I have done and proof I have seen of my Divinity and my being always taken care of, there is this Terror and Need for Control I experience that I feel I have no command over. It feels unhealable, even though I don't want to write that or believe it. It is like I subconsciously don't want God or Love or the change my being is looking for but would rather stubbornly defy God and say it is out of my control. I want this place healed and whole or returned to Source, because it is MY WILL to be a loving being that receives love from God and the external world. I ask my higher self to help me and I am open to receiving immediate change. I welcome your and others input about what I have described and intended. Thank you.

Bonsoir from Belgium dear Sarah. Heartfelt thanks for your precious teachings. I am usually a very positive, jokey but rather sensitive person but I saw your thumbnail and burst into tears of relief. It was very strange. I wonder if I'm feeling so desperate for all the "scary bits" of tge last dew ywars to finally stop. I've never been one to bury my head in the sand but at 54, wife and mom (2 daughters : 27 & 9...) and otherwise very happy. I just don't want the psych0paths to try to push anymore attempts to genocide us again. I know you totally get it. It's clear listening to you. Those of us who have chosen the service to others path only have to be 51% in service to others, so we can still be almost half in our shadow and still be in service to others. Those who have chosen service to self have to be 95% service to self. Almost entirely in shadow energies. When someone's behaviour is observed from this perspective, it helps to discern which path an individual is on, because it's pretty easy to see someone who rarely ever wants to help others, and if/when they do it's either for someone specific (spouse, kids, etc), or it's something done to get them something they want as a result of their efforts.

Truth! As you are speaking, I identify myself and those around me. Including some of my adult children. Boundaries are important to protect our energy and I learned that last year when I put one up, yes it can be sacrificing something else that you really want, but we have to protect our energy. I live a much more peaceful life now. I'm not saying it's easy to sacrifice, I've ran into many people that say they can't do that. But it's a soul choice to live in peace or not. Doesn't mean I don't have Loving arms opened wide if they change, but that's a soul's choice. For now our souls are not aligned so it's best to keep up the boundary than to have a bully siphoning my energy. My question is this, is it only star seeds that are awakened right? Awaken to the point where they understand spirituality and what has happened to humanity? Awaken to the point to realize that religion was only used to separate and divide humanity? Or is it just star seeds that are that deeply awakened at this point in history? Personally I only see one or two other people awake to a good understanding of what is really happening. Everyone else I converse with online that is awakened as much as I am.

I found myself scratching my head and feeling like I’ve been operating from service to self for quite a long time, at least probably the majority of the time, with around 10% service to others.. it feels bad. This type of constriction feels like self strangulation at times. I’ve trampled over relationships and ignored others to “protect myself” (having felt insanely anxious). How can we part from here? Once you realise that what you do to others you do to yourself you hit a paradox. Service to others is really the ultimate service to self. In my experience the highest choices always end up at a paradox. Universal balance says the more you give the more you'll recieve. Wheras in service to self you take from the universe and the universe reflects that back leaving you in a perpetual state of need.
