Google started to provide video content because webmasters consume this type of content much better. It will be great if the Google team creates more step-by-step guides with different examples.

@@GoogleAds Indeed, this Offline Implementation Topic is way too complex, I need more examples to better understand how it works... I would not mind seeing some sort of scenarios, with a customer interacting to an ad and after the messy middle journey that ends with an Offline conversion in a store for example.

When it comes to communication I cannot believe how poor Google is as a company. Ironically they own the best communication channel in the world namely KZbin. Google videos are usually somewhere between awful and unbearable to watch with a high point being tolerable, but missing lots of important information. How can it be that a $1trillion + company does not have a great communications department?

terrible customer service from your team. impossible to get ads reviewed and/or approved, constantly reading canned speeches and making promises that things will be handles and fixed. nothing gets handled or fixed.
