I honestly hate how many games do that. Like I understand it’s to make sure a bad start / couple rounds doesn’t throw the rest the match but it’s dumb. Or like hour long games where the last round / last 5 minutes are the only ones that actually count. Look at Mario kart, every round has same points

I've not watched any other Sushi Dragon content before, but based off all these QuarterJade/Michael Reeves game shows I am guessing it is a troll game show and production influences the game? Because QuarterJade has suddenly won all of these out of nowhere so far.

Makes no sense, she open 3x points, so 3x0 is 0 then + 500 and she should be on 500, up until that point, points were changing as they opened boxes and not at the end or each rounds

Cute idea, but the end result isn't that good. The host is a bit abrasive and wants to participate in Jodi and Michael's interactions but does it poorly. Michael's mindset going into the game of "not playing by her reaction" makes for a smart gameplan but such an approach gets stale pretty quickly. When he gets the boxes, and Jodi tries to read him, at first it's a good try but then she gives up because she had no idea how to read Michael. Furthermore, the questions were easy and paired with multiple choice for an even easier answers. And last but not least, the gameplay itself doesn't actually matter because you can get 500 x 3 points out of nowhere and tada, nothing beforehand matters. The overall execution ended up failing, IMO. They should try again with different folks (comedians / actors who want to play the "facial expression" game), better host interactions, make the questions harder give more power to the questions itself rather than the boxes.
