@@fredit123456789 I think to be a scare actor you have to be willing to take on some bruises and cuts, especially if you work at an outdoor haunted house like I did. There's chances of skidding while you're chasing people and landing in the dirt, and of course the "fight" response from people that you're talking about. We usually won't get close to you unless we know your reactions or I can see how you've reacted, especially since some people don't like when we get all up in their face. But if you have a fight reaction while someone's in costume, I think most scare actors that I know would consider that a win, bruise or broken nose 😂 my worst patrons were the ones that would either get angry for scaring them (why are you in a haunted house???) and patrons that would try to sexually harass me and some other female scarers, either bc they were drunk or creepy. Thanks for the question! I love talking about being a scare actor 😁 it's one of the most fulfilling jobs I've ever had.
