If I had one wish, I wish it did not have AWD all the time. A proper transfer case with 2-high, 4-high, N, and 4-low would have been much more fun, more fuel efficient, and would have put less wear on front end parts.

My 2015 Limited 4x4 3.6 has been perfect so far. It has 67k miles on it. I replaced the original battery last summer. That's it. I have the oil changed every 5k miles, put gas in it, and go! I love it!!!

By 2020 the WK2’s were well ironed out and arguably will be the best generation Grand Cherokee’s made next to the beloved WJ’s. I have 261K on my 4.7L Limited WJ and a WK2 will most likely be next as the WJ’s are getting hard to find in good shape. Jeep’s get a bad wrap because people do not maintain their vehicles and that can be said for most brands. Good luck with it she is a beauty!

We have a 2016 GC since new, just turned over 110k, no issues at all. Just routine maintenance and tires.

HI ... and *MERRY CHRISTMAS* to you and yours !! I own a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and I LOVE mine , (self maintained), I di mostly Hwy driving, so when I hit the 100k miles mark, I started changing oil at 4k intervals, ... and switched to 5-20w Full Syn. (just peace of mind), knowing that I am trying my best to make it last ... (118k now )... I also agree with the excellent comfort level it gives me !! Just normal, tires, brakes, filters, etc .... "Thanks" for posting these videos... (Rick from Massachusetts)

2019 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, purchased new. Haven't had a single issue to date. Best vehicle I've ever owned. So far, nothing but oil changes, new tires, and a battery.

Wow...I bought a 2020 Altitude brand new and have 47.5k miles on mine. Over 200k miles is a lot of driving for what is still a fairly new car. Good luck!

I have a 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk with 150k and I've only had the PTU issue which was a recall and replaced and that never made the car undrivable.

Great video! I have a 2012 3.6 Laredo with 90.000 miles on it. Best car I've ever had. Holding up greatly. I don't get the bad rep they get. Of course I do good maintenance, as I should on ANY car. Great car to drive anywhere. The only thing I replaced was the oil cooler. And tires, obviously. I do love this Grand Cherokee, honest to God.

Such a good looking vehicle and much better looking than the new model Grand Cherokee Jeeps…..in my humble opinion.

Yo 4-Low, I can appreciate this vid-post. I just purchased a GC Trailhawk last week that had 38,500 miles, yr blt, 06-2020 on door sticker. Agreed that it is very, very comfortable luxury feel with the quad air-suspension on the highway. Coming from a purchased new, 19 yrs ago, 2006 Ford FX4 which I drive everywhere.. Trailhawk is 3rd Jeep, '96 'Cherokee', 425k miles then it broke down, '05 wrangler LJ LW base, at 45k miles..still have! 🥁🪘!

The 96 Cherokee with the 4.0 was extremely reliable. The 3.6 pentastar gets some hate online but is a very reliable engine if you maintain it.

About same here...I had one 2011when that body style came out and only had the battery cable (recall) done for the fuel pump issue.. then traded in 2014 for a Ram 1500 hemi...never had an issue with Chrysler vehicles....even prior to those had a 2007 Dakota and 2010 Dakota never an issue.. Anyhow yours looks great hope it gives you few years without issues...happy holidays 🎄🎄

I got a 2014 limited with the 5.7l v8 in it. Went 230,000 miles with original motor before it went out. Replaced it was a used one with 34,000 miles we’ll see how long this lasts. Being on top of maintenance really payed off at the end.

For city slickers like my family who get to only occasionally hit the outdoors, the 3.6L WK2 Trailhawk has been the perfect compromise. High speed highway handling is fantastic, even on winding mountain highways, especially w/ paddle shifting. Off-road capabilities has far exceeded expectations even over some crazy moguls. Just about to head up to Moab. Sizing up to 275/65R18 tires was perfect. Not looking to upgrade soon at all, the excess electronic issues w/ the newer modern rigs.

I have a 2018 Laredo with the 3.6. Highway gas mileage is great. 27-30 and that’s with all wheel drive. Only issue was bad evaporator core at 11k. Fixed under warranty. Outside of that just oil changes.

I to like the way the engine sounds with 5w-30 in it but I’ve seen several examples go well in excess of 200,000 miles using the 0w-20 so it might not sound as smooth, but it obviously provides the protection needed

Yours is the first Jeep I've seen with the delamination issue that is not a 2018 model year vehicle. I thought that issue was strictly limited to the 2018 model year.

It look like you drive a lot yes 200 mile in 5 year but come in 3 more year then you will tell me if you don't have issue. I even own 2016 limited and have 180000km . If you want to own this type of vehicle you have to know a little diy otherwise you will throw money to the dealer .
