Watched part last night and the rest tonight. Please be careful!! You are riding alone and that could have ended up being a problem!! Thank you for taking the chances but never take chances that will get you in trouble!!

Rode “old mill road” on Bear Wallow Mountain today on my TransAlp. Very similar experience. I love off road.

Ok that kind of drop happens. I was glad to see you knew how to pick it up correctly. Get yourself a couple of soft ties and keep them on the bike. Loop one low on the bike frame on the side of the fall to grab when you upright the bike. I have taught that to countless riders and Harleys are the worst

@8978Marty will do! Thanks for the tip, will definitely be useful if/when that happens again 👍

Tons of respect for content creators who don't edit out their bike drops. Hey, we all do it. Stuff happens. Imo there's two types, the people who drop bikes and show it, and those who drop bikes but act like they don't. Crashbar scratches tell the tail every time

Yeah and like the thumbnail says....it was bound to happen...and it did haha. That one was totally on me though, I was getting pretty tired and knew I needed to get off the bike and didn't. Should have walked it around there, but yeah, the plan with my long edits is to show the good, the bad, and the ugly haha. Thanks for sticking around that late in the video!

@Offroadviking it happens. Oh well. Your camera work and drone stuff is really good. One of, if not, the best I've seen for an adv channel. Well done. I really like that area, but haven't been through there since 2019, I hiked the AT and stayed at uncle Johnny's but admittedly I haven't been back that way. But need to.

I have not seen the bike on the ground part yet. I hope you have case guards on the Boxer Valve Covers

@8978Marty it's towards the end....andddddd i didn't at that time. Such a bone headed move on my part. Luckily it was kinda sandy under the leaves and didn't do any damage.

I hate you! $2.69 a gallon for Gasoline and $3.39 for Diesel? I pay if I'm lucky $4.90 a gallon here in Northern California. And I'm glad to see you running 93 octane in the Beemer

It is a GS, it was built to fall over... WITH CRASH BARS!!! Why the hell buy a GS and not get crash bars?
@Offroadviking17 күн бұрын
haha...calm it down pal...this was right after I bought it and didn't have them yet...It can also fall over WITHOUT crash bars as I demonstrated in this video 😂👍
