Great Drift Pete. With the stronger summer current, that's the best way to fish offshore. Fish On Pete!!

Hi Pete, what a great video...best one yet. How long did it take for you to get comfortable using the paddle board on big water?
@palmbeachpete8 жыл бұрын
It came right a way. I always pick nice days to go, even when I was in a kayak.

Enjoyed this video Pete, looks like it was a great day! I notice that in all your videos you spend a lot of time on your knees. Your knees and back don't get sore? I've got bad knees so I can't imagine staying like that.
@palmbeachpete8 жыл бұрын
I get on my knees to help me fit into the video many of the times. Also I will get on my knees when fighting a big fish. Knees and back feels great.

+Palm Beach Pete Glad to hear it. By the way, when you travel somewhere where you are in a hotel overnight, what do you do with your paddle board and all your gear?
@palmbeachpete8 жыл бұрын
I will bring my paddle and rods into the hotel. The Dragonfly has a lock ring built into it and I run a cable threw it and lock it to the truck.

I am not sure if he is willing to run that far south. But for a price $$$$ he might. Not sure it would be worth the coat to you or him, but you can call and ask.

what are the ideal conditions you look for before going out?
@palmbeachpete8 жыл бұрын
I like 3 foot or less seas and winds no more that 10 mph. If it is more that that I will fish inshore and save offshore for another day.
