Fantastic video...again! I love my Lightning kayak up here in Minnesota, and mostly fish for whatever's biting :). Last week I hooked a 40 " Musky, for which I was woefully unprepared. Too big for my net. Got him to the side of the kayak for a good look, and while I was trying to figure out just what to do, he shook off. My point...I can't imagine battling these salt water monsters. What a blast it must be. Living my dreams through your great content. Cheers!

Awesome fishing as usual. Just my 2 cents but...IMO, spinning gear is not the right type of tackle for that type of fishing you are doing. Spinning gear does work obviously...and I know it is done all the time; but IMO, vertical fishing (jigging, bottom fishing) is better served with conventional tackle. Personally, I only use spinning gear for cast & retrieve and sight casting. Had you had the right conventional tackle with that big swimbait...you probably would have been able to keep that fish out of the rocks.
