I had a dream last night and I saw Jesus in the sky with millions of angels and it covered the whole sky and everyone saw it. I didn’t know what was happening but all I knew was to bow my head in his glory and righteousness. I hear these noises and it was the sound of people getting sucked into the sky and these golden particles were flowing to the sky. That’s when a great fear came upon me and that is as much as I remember, and God put this in my heart to tell everyone I can. Repent of your sins and surrender your life to God and follow Jesus because he is returning very soon.

I was born in 63...yes turbulent times in America. Times of slavery were horrific as well. Stories of babies being ripped from their mothers arms sold off never to be seen again. I can't imagine that pain. Black bodies hanging from trees. Whole black towns burned to the ground. I remember a story of a black pregnant woman (Mary Turner)who was hanged upside down. I used to also be militant about this one line whilst ignoring all the other countless verses that state that we can work it out The phrase "No one knows the day or hour" was actually a common expression in Israel to refer to the first day of a new lunar month because there was around a 2-3 day window period on when it would start based on some lookouts who would "keep watch" into the sky for the first slither of a moon after the new moon. In other words the phrase "No one knows the day or hour" was a borrowed expression and not to be taken literally. Jesus is basically telling us he is coming back on the first day of a jewish lunar month.

What you say is partially true. But do you know the " moedim "? This is the Hebrew word for the Feasts of the Lord. Let's look at the Feast of Trumpets. It happens in the 7th Biblical month of Tishri, on the FIRST DAY of the month. A day and hour no one knows because Biblical months are started at sunset with the sighting of the new moon. No one knows when that sighting takes place. Only the Father in heaven knows. This is the only Feast that happens on the first day of the month.

One does not have to be baptized to get into Heaven but you will one day have to answer to our Lord Jesus as to why you had the opportunity, more so than any other generation to attend church, yet you didn’t. I’m not trying to condemn at all but I used to say the same thing and if I get really honest with myself I said this as an excuse to not get up and get out of bed to go do what Jesus commanded us to do. Please don’t take this wrong, I’m not judging you for the comment. I’m trying to steer a new Christian away from this myth, now more than ever, we all need to be in Church confessing our sin and repenting so the Lord will show mercy on what we have done. We don’t know the time, but it suffices me to know he promised to come. And he said all this things must happened before he comes. In other words, don’t give up your faith, don’t run to the world and then say I’ll comeback when I feel the time is here. But this is to keep us alert; praying and fasting that when the groom comes, we will be awake to receive his return. We should not give up to the things of the world. We know the great I Am is coming, then we should not fail and cement more our faith every moment to our God. He can come today, tomorrow, or the other hundred years.
