@@MrGoesBoomespecially not for Americans in certain regions. Like the eastern states and California have some train networks, but midwestern states have next to no train network. Texas has some, so Matt could’ve at some point. But it’s still not nearly the density of train networks as in (western) Europe.

The Talkeetna lodge back patio has a fantastic view. Talkeetna Air Taxi can fly you over the mountains and land on a glacier, the views are fantastic.

Went to Talkeetna on a Salmon fishing trip and caught some nice Kings. Cool little hippy town. I have been all over Alaska. Helped a friend build his off grid cabin and fishing different rivers, loved it!

We went there last year for the first time. We too were worried about not seeing a moose and saw 40 or so during our stay. It never got old and we enjoyed each encounter. It's a beautiful place.

What a great addition to Demolition! Build yourself a small Railroad that people could sit in and Travel to different locations on the Ranch? Build and install a rail system through out the Ranch? Lay the tracks to service your B&B’s and down to the river wherever there are guests layout your track system

We rode that train and went to Talkeetna. We actually got to fly in one of those small planes and land on a glacier. It was a trip of a lifetime! I actually slipped getting out of the plane so now I say I fell out of a plane and landed on a glacier! LOL

I hunt bears out of Talkeetna. Glad you got to enjoy it, you should take a trip on Mahay’s jetboat up the Susitna River next time, or get a Tri Rivers guide to take you up the Talkeetna to catch salmon at the mouth of the creeks.

We had some moose that hung out at the Olympic Bobsled Run in Lake Placid, NY. (Worked as an EMT there) Usually saw just the female. She was huge!
