Your little boy is adorable and so well behaved! I love his curly blonde locks! I am getting so much good information from your videos. I started selling on eBay about 7 years ago and had no idea what I was doing. It seems it took a long time for these videos to come out to mentor people trying to sell. I sold about 78 items and then couldn't sell anything , so I gave up , primarily because I had the wrong products to sell ! Thanks for your videos they have helped me a lot!

Thank you so much for all your research videos, I watch those the most. Just watched one about taxes too, very helpful. This may be the first of your videos I've watched of you sourcing on location (as opposed to online). On the rose throw and pillow set: You said something to the effect of it would sell from $50-100 but at $12 and doubling it to $24 was too much of an investment as well as increasing shipping on the thrifting box, so you left it. Can you please explain that thought strategy? Esp the doubling it to $24? And why you left it with an estimated sales price of at least $50?
@TheNurseFlipper2 жыл бұрын
At the time I was doing these videos everything I thrifted I doubled my cost and offered to subscribers. With $50 sales price and over $25 in after fees there's not much profit

OMG, I watched this episode about 24 hours too late ! Newish 'disciple' here. Bingeing...I mean, allocating time to do necessary professional development... some older videos; and learned that something I casually donated to a little non-profit group yesterday, was something I should've done some research on first. Dagnabbit, I think there were 10-15 corduroy hats I tossed in without a thought. When the heck did those gain popularity? Lol. I myself find even the sight of the material to be (what do the younger folk call it, lol) 'triggering', as it takes me back to an outfit my mom insisted was perfect for my not-so-slim self back in the 70s. It had like 4 separate pieces that could be worn together or not; in a dark brown, similar to a poop emoji. So my gratitude as always for your video; though it caused me moments of regret. Trying to embrace the glass half full spirit as you do; I feel tremendous gratitude that the school pictures that year, were only shoulder up. HAGD from Edmonton, Alberta CA

If the thrift store manager is willing to sale you bags for 5 dollars then maybe it would be worth giving her the specific item criteria you have so she can bag those items separately from the rest. Oh and we have had zero luck selling garden flags so we are no longer picking them up.

Hi Kat, when you say “doubling the price” on that PJ Masks blanket to $10 and that it would probably sell for $20-$25, I take it you doubled the buy price to account for fees and maybe shipping, was the $10-$15 profit potential just not high enough for you? Just curious why you’d not pick that up. I’m brand new to all of this and just trying to learn. Thanks!

Can to many categories in your eBay store be a hindrance? Say auto parts, should you have categories like Parts for Ford Parts for Chevy parts for hummer etc?
@TheNurseFlipper3 жыл бұрын
So when I started my store I was doing my own categories, but now instead of having a ton of categories I just clicked the option to use ebay categories vs my own and I find it much easier. I don't feel like many people are going to browse via category most will search for what they want so I don't think it matters either way!
@eddiegonzalez50702 жыл бұрын

Hey it's actually like 50 cents I think, so I mis spoke, so this is how much she gets donating it to a company after it has been in their store too long. They clearance it out at 50% off for a month then they have to move it out to make room for fresh inventory. The soap I can just tell with a look and a quick ebay soap for vintage soap and the brand and you'll see the different packaging being sold and for how much.
