Hi Simon!!! well done cool part 3 or 4 who's counting...... all great addition to the OG collection, however i have never heard any of those bands/albums, might recognize a couple fo names, but that would be it. I know who Squealer are but I never heard any music by them. I was in contact with their late singer Andy because my old band was negotiating a lable contract with AFM Records. Détente´s guitar player Ross Robinson became a well known producer for Korn, Slipknot, Soulfly,... Dawn Crosby played in Fear Of God after that, they released two pretty cool albums. Mandator actually go back to 1983, they released two demos and a full length under the name Mysto Dysto. The 1986 album is really good! ...now on to Part 5, hahaha...

glad you found Torture - storm alert.and in great condition.bought it when it came out and have the 87 mini lp Terror Kingdom as well.allways wondered if that carrol intro to Slay Ride is an actual xmass carrol and if it is do you know the name of it?or from an old movie prehaps?another amazing deaththrasher from the early 90s for you to check out is Gladiator - designation from Slovakia 1992.collecting never stops

I have that Toxodeth on red vinyl (2014) - weird but good album. Detente I also have on red vinyl ( 2014 again). Mandator, I have both on cd ( Dark Symphonies ) - yeah, collecting is so bloody addictive, be cheaper to be a smack head

Saw Witch Cross at a small festival a couple of years ago..they Sound a lot like Saxon now, I think. They have a new singer…British guy, I think. They were really good. The original singer Alex (a portly gentleman, he was) became a radio personality on talk radio in Denmark (programmes about sex actually). He later fronted a Zeppelin cover band Led Zeppelin Jam - he got some of the best musicians from the Danish scene in the band. They were quite popular on the live circuit in the mid 90’s. Two drummers. Alex sounded a lot like Plant…later he had some succes with his own band, Savage Affair. Radio friendly rock - a bit like Del Amitri….

Excellent OG update 🤘I own Detente, Mania, Mandator and Torture. Yeah man I own a copy of Torture 😝 found it over a year ago. Great explanation of it. It does get a little weird at times but a killer little thrash gem. 🤘🤘we must have the only 2 copies in the country 😂
