He gives his age in all the accounts, and I am instantly reminded that this was a youth movement that matured along with the community, I think that gets lost somehow...great series!

Wow I'm watching the video on Le Son and a old cat here at the cigar lounge who didn't even know what I was watching or could even hear it was talking about playing Pop warner in La Puente. So i asked him there where Blacks out there . He said hell yeah. When blacks came from south LA they only showed them that area. He said they wouldn't show them Walnut or other cities.
