Cool video, speaking of "they couldn't make that anime today" the funny thing is that they totally could e.g. Redo of Healer, Gushing over Magical Girls and Mushoku Tensei have all been made recently so it can be done.

55:56 I literally have gone through that in my college art course and i cant tell you how that bothered and rubbed me the wrong way it's like folks think they can download and know evey single thing about you based on what you do. I tend to draw attractive women and i got critisism of my draws being too sexual, that my drawings comes across as mysogistic, My female characters show more skin than my male characters or how it makes them uncomfortable. How they hell do you feel uncomfortable over a fictional character based on how attractive they are? And funny thing is that my professor (who is female) told a story about how one of her students draw DC gay porn and it seem like she didnt have an issue but when it came to my draws it was too much. And i swear to you my drawings were not even bad, they're just curvy and have a little bust it's Not even on the levels of Rule 34 or some of these instagram artist My professor even suggest i make and or sexualize my male characters which i kinda have, to even it out so thanks to folks like you im gonna keep going my own thing and if i get accused of some sexist BS imma have sexualized males just incase.
@KingBlackknuckle4 ай бұрын
heard that. I mean ive even seen people comment nothin but praise on a piece of art in a group that was quite sexually explicit but then complain about the way i draw women. All i ended up doin was doublin down on it. Heh

@@KingBlackknuckle How so? cause i'd like to hear from other people's perspective that have gone through similar situations and Lastly and this is obvious but have you had a comment on your art that made you think is this MF serious? and you sorta went off on the person for it?

@@Achieme my guess is that they didn't like that "I barely drew black women" even though anyone who follows my stuff knows that FAR from the truth. And yes I've gotten quite a few smooth brain comments on my art and it took A LOT of restraint to not flame mfs

I hate when certain parents take or buy their kids something that clearly isn't for them and then when they do they start complaining.The perfect example of this is when the movie sausage party came out they thought simply because its animated it's okay for kids.

When talking about whether couldn't be made today, we really need to focus on if exact product could even be made on a technical level along with getting the reverence it had before... would any of these whole original pieces of fiction survive in a world that rather focus on better imitation rather than innovation.
@resistancepublishing4 ай бұрын
Na majority of stuff from the 80s and 90s couldn’t be made today because people are seriously soft as hell and their feelings are the only thing keeping them safe
