@@ekn_38 there was 2 time not 5 and been at parthian period Parthian had few strong capital and its doesn't matter one of them fallen in some cases. After fall of seleucid, Iranian people did some revoult against roman army and kick them out An army of (roman) one hundred thousand men. Nice and easy. By the way after many years , in sassanid period, roman defeated at most of time, till the Rashidin caliphat beat them (sassanids) when they was been at difficult time by their coupdetat.

@@AncientCaravan Hablas del desastre de Craso cuyo número era de 27.000 hombres o un poco más hasta llegar a algo más de 30.000, no era tanto como dices, es imposible, pero hay que recordar que derrotas que le infligió Ventidio a los Partos cuando invadieron Siria donde sufrieron dos derrotas aplastantes que mataron a la gran parte de los nobles además de ser la cabeza de Pacoro I paseada por toda Siria.
