5:25 I once went to get a haircut and the stylist was so confident so I let them do their thing and after a while of things going smoothly, they started RUINING my hair and I couldn't really say anything cuz I "didn't want to bother them" (idk) and I just started to quietly cry and after about half an hour of crying quietly, they heard my sniffles and realized I was crying then asked me what's wrong and eventually tried their best to fix it. It was still horrible in the end but... At least they tried
